Your timeline is scored, and these are the weights that do the scoring. Nothing is hidden behind a model nobody can read. Add ?debug=1 to any feed request and the API returns the full breakdown for every post.

The algorithm is a setting, not a sentence.
Nobody floods your feed
One account can take at most 3 posts per page, and ten people boosting the same Truth compete for a single slot.
Mutes that expire
Mute an account for a day, a week, or until you change your mind. You should not have to remember to undo it.
Your likes are yours
Nobody else can browse what you liked. Bookmarks are private too, and a protected account means new followers ask first.
Seen once, then retired
A Truth you have already read drops to 12% of its score. The timeline moves on even when you do not.
